Migration & Visa
Immigration is one of the cornerstones of Australian society. Since 1945, over 6 million people from 200 countries have migrated to Australia, with almost 25% of the local population being born overseas. These migrants have made a major contribution in helping shape modern Australia and have given many of it's towns and cities a diverse culture.
The Australian economy is thriving, with low unemployment levels and a shortage of skilled workers across all industries.
This includes professional occupations such as accountancy, architecture, IT, health care and engineering.
It also offers opportunities in trade positions such as bricklayers, electricians, mechanics, bakers, and hairdressers.
More information about occupations in demand can be found at:

Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) provides details of the occupations identified by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) as being in demand.
In order to meet the current skills shortages, a range of visa options are available, enabling migrants to come and work in Australia.
Employer sponsored visas are attractive because they place workers directly into skilled positions.
General Skilled Migration places the burden of employment on the applicant, which can be a daunting proposition for new Australians.
Other advantages of sponsored migration include reduced costs, a faster application process, greater security and fewer logistical complications.
Your Future organises support when obtaining the following visas:
Employer Sponsored Migration Categories
This is the fastest and easiest way of migrating to Australia if you are a skilled worker.
These visa categories are designed to enable employers to secure employees for highly skilled positions which cannot be filled from within the domestic labour market.
Temporary Business Visa (Subclass 457)
This is the most commonly used program for employers wishing to sponsor overseas workers on a temporary basis.
Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)
The scheme enables Australian companies to sponsor overseas candidates for permanent residency.
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS)
Scheme especially for employers from regional Australia.
General Skilled Migration Categories
Your Future also finds employment opportunities for those that wish to migrate to Australia under the General Skilled Migration program.
This visa classification is designed for overseas candidates who are not sponsored by an employer, but are highly skilled in a particular occupation.
Your Future can provide contact details for a migration expert should you require further assistance with your application.
Visa Process
Stage 1: Nomination & visa application
The client nominates a candidate who simultaneously lodges their visa application online.
Stage 2 : Visa approval
Assessment periods can vary greatly and are dependent on a range of factors. During this time we offer support and assistance to ensure the agreed migration plan is met.
Stage 3 : Permanent residency application (optional)
The eligibility depends on various factors (such as a candidate’s current visa status) and can only be assessed on an individual basis.
Stage 4 : Citizenship (optional)
To meet the requirements for Citizenship the applicant must have resided in Australia for at least 4 years prior to their application. This must include at least 12 months as a permanent resident.
