Our Philosophy

Your Future’s philosophy is based on the values, beliefs and experience of its founder and Managing Director, Eiko Haase.

Eiko and his wife migrated to Australia in 2003, and welcomed a child into the family within their first year of arrival.

This is how Eiko describes the move:

“Migrating to Australia has been one of the best decisions we have made, and we were overwhelmed by the support and friendliness we received from people who we barely knew.

We absolutely love the vibrant multinational culture, the vast landscapes and the quality of life Australia has to offer.

However, there were some situtation where we could have saved ourselfs a lot ot time and money if we had had professional help. This is why we want to provide our candidates with the support we did not have.”
