Recruitment Process

The recruitment process described below applies for candidates who are located overseas, and require sponsorship in order to be able to work in Australia.

STEP 1 : Contact

We introduce our company, obtain your details and provide an overview of Your Future’s services.

STEP 2 : Assessment

We assess your company to determine whether it meets the necessary requirements for employer sponsorship.

STEP 3 : Profiling

We provide a detailed report on your company and the industry in which it operates. This helps us to gain a solid understanding of products/services, culture and objectives.

We also include information regarding your location, expectations and available positions, as well as providing Sponsor Registration Support.

STEP 4 : Candidate Search

Once you have outlined the necessary requirements for the position, your vacancy will be discussed professionally and objectively with a number of appropriate candidates.

The candidates best suited to the position will then undergo a detailed pre-assessment, to establish a detailed profile of your prospective employee’s skills and needs.

STEP 5 : Placement

Results of the candidate assessment are provided in a clearly presented document for your perusal. You will then be invited to request contact with a selected candidate.

If agreement between both parties is then reached, we will make all the necessary arrangements to bring the candidate to you in Australia.

Your Future offers professional advice throughout this period and can address any concerns you may have.

STEP 6 : Migration

As well as Sponsorship and Visa support, Your Future provides an accurate Immigration Time Schedule, Logistics Management, Accommodation and Relocation Services.

STEP 7 : Settlement

Your Future’s Candidate Support Services offer practical and positive assistance to ensure the candidate’s transition is as smooth as possible.
