Step 4 : Candidate Search

We regularly search the German, Austrian and Swiss job markets for candidates who are interested in living and working in Australia. We place ongoing recruitment advertisements and use successful industry contacts to maintain our pool of highly skilled and motivated candidates.

Candidate Profiling
We look at the candidate’s career history, current working arrangements and future expectations and determine location and lifestyle preferences to gauge what inspires and discourages them professionally.

Open Position Registration
You are welcome to register as many vacancies as you like, whether they be existing roles or positions you look to fill in the future. We offer assistance with design, layout and profile copy-writing and can offer advice to ensure your message is conveyed correctly.

Advanced Candidate Search 2
If your vacancy is a highly specialised position, we may not find a suitable applicant on our database immediately. In such cases we offer an advanced search to uncover the person with exactly the right skills and experience you need. We place specific advertisements in relevant publications and continue to consult our network of recruitment specialists.

Step 5 : Placement

Candidate Pre-Selection & Presentation
A shortlist of suitable candidates is presented, outlining details of their skills and experience. During this time, we offer professional guidance and can address any concerns that may arise. From there you will be invited to make contact with selected candidates.

Additional Candidate Profiling
In some cases the use of Potential Analysis and Assessment Centres can help to determine what a candidate is truly capable of.

Candidate Interview Management
A formal interview between your company and the candidate will be arranged to discuss the candidate’s profile and experience. Additional profiling information may be sourced if required.

Employment Services
Once you are satisfied with a potential employee’s initial application, the necessary arrangements will be made to bring the candidate to Australia. Our services include the provision of an employment contract, as set out by the client. This resource forms part of our Candidate Support Service and includes useful advice on Superannuation, tax allowances and health care.
